Shipping and delivery

Anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally at present.

A flat fee per order, free over a certain amount. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay — that is the only number that counts.

We only roast once you have ordered, so there is a day or so before it reaches the courier. Main centres are quickest; farms and outlying areas take longer.

You get a tracking number as soon as it leaves.

Damaged parcel, wrong bag, nothing arrived — write to [email protected] and we will fix it. We will not send you a form.
