Shipping and delivery

Where we deliver, what it costs, and how long it takes. Standard delivery is R99 anywhere in South Africa, and free from R750. In Stellenbosch town we deliver free ourselves — choose your suburb at checkout.

Where

Anywhere in South Africa. We do not ship internationally at present.

Cost

A flat fee per order, free over a certain amount. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay — that is the only number that counts.

How long

We only roast once you have ordered, so there is a day or so before it reaches the courier. Main centres are quickest; farms and outlying areas take longer.

You get a tracking number as soon as it leaves.

If something goes wrong

Damaged parcel, wrong bag, nothing arrived — write to [email protected] or WhatsApp us on +27 79 873 3964 and we will fix it. We will not send you a form.
