If you order: your name, email, delivery address and phone number. This is processed by Shopify, which runs our store and payments.
If you sign up to the newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.
If you write to us: whatever you put in that message.
We never see your card details. Payment goes through Shopify's checkout directly to the payment provider.
Why we have it
To pack and send your order, to talk to you about it, and to meet record-keeping obligations. Newsletter details are used only to send the newsletter.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax and consumer law require. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will do it.
If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator.
