Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

If a price is obviously wrong (a typo that makes a bag of coffee R2, say), we are not obliged to sell at it. We will tell you and refund you.

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you pay. If we cannot supply, you get the full amount back.

We roast to order. If something is going to take longer than usual, we tell you rather than going quiet.

You can cancel an order before it ships — just write to us. Once it is with the courier, the returns policy applies.

A subscription delivers every 30 days and continues until you cancel it. You can cancel it yourself at any time, and the next delivery is then not charged.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the order concerned.
